This is poached catfish (2 frozen fillets). It was VERY GOOD, much to my surprise. I halved the recipe b/c it is just Steve & I and little Naomi. We also had Spinach Parmesan Pasta & Salad w/Marie's Blue Cheese vinaigrette. Tasty & Healthy!
