Chile Verde

WinCo had pork sirlion roast for $1.49/lb. I put 3 lbs. in the crock pot w/garlic & 1 can of salsa verde on top. Come dinner time I'll shred it and add refried beans rice & cheese into a tortilla and top w/Las Palmas Green Chile Enchilada Sauce. Yum!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this idea!! I will be checking often to steal some of your fabulous dinner ideas. I too, have done the chili-verde-in-a-crockpot idea which is one of Jon's favorites. Also easily done with a jar of salsa. I just might share a few ideas of my own, if that's okay. Cheers!
