Chile Verde
WinCo had pork sirlion roast for $1.49/lb. I put 3 lbs. in the crock pot w/garlic & 1 can of salsa verde on top. Come dinner time I'll shred it and add refried beans rice & cheese into a tortilla and top w/Las Palmas Green Chile Enchilada Sauce. Yum!
